The Retirement Course™ from The American College of Financial Services® will improve a consumer’s knowledge of retirement issues, leading to better outcomes whether they self-manage or work with a professional advisor. It is organized into four Badge Courses, each containing 3-4 modules (14 in total), each consisting of several lessons.
Please note: You are in the Demonstration version of The Retirement Course. This Demonstration is just to give you a sample view of what’s in the Certificate version and does not count as “work completed” in that full version.
On the next page you’ll find links like those shown below that will offer you the opportunity to participate in two fully functional but abbreviated portions of The Retirement Course™:
- Introduction: This is the only required portion of the course as it is used to gather data and provide instruction on course navigation. It’s included here to show you what your clients will see upon entering the course. (approximate completion time = 7 – 10 minutes)
- Module 4 – Retirement Basics (behind the Inspire Wellness badge course): This will allow you to see the teaching style and methods used throughout the course. (approximate completion time = 25 – 30 minutes)
The actual course will also include pre and post assessment to identify knowledge gains as well as impact surveys to identify the learner’s confidence levels.
